Conditions of Pre-Order and Sale
A pre-order signifies your commitment to purchase a bespoke, made-to-order item. The deposit secures your edition number. Due to the highly customized nature of these resin statues, pre-order deposits are strictly non-refundable once production has begun.
If utilizing a payment plan via third-party services (e.g., Klarna, Affirm, or Stripe partial payments), you are bound by their respective terms. Failure to complete the payment plan will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
Each piece is hand-painted by artisans. As such, minor variations in paint application and weathering are a normal part of the production process and do not constitute a defect. Edition sizes are strictly capped and will never be reproduced once sold out.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a logistical anomaly prevents us from fulfilling the order (in which case a full refund will be issued).
