We ship worldwide. For customers in the EU, USA, and UK, all shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all customs taxes, VAT, and import duties are already covered by us. You will not face any hidden charges upon delivery.
Resin is fragile. That's why every statue is encased in precision-cut EVA foam, wrapped in a premium art box, and secured in a triple-walled corrugated outer shipping box. We drop-test our packaging to ensure it survives global transit.
Our statues are made-to-order. Pre-orders typically take 6-8 months to complete production. Once production is finalized, sea freight logistics to our local distribution hubs take approximately 30-45 days. You will receive a tracking number once the item leaves our local hub.
If your statue arrives with transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the shipping box. Under our Ironclad Guarantee, we will send a free replacement part or organize a return for a full replacement.
