How much is shipping and customs for the EU and US?+
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the EU, US, and UK. This means all import taxes and customs duties are already included in the final shipping price. No hidden fees at your door.
What happens if a statue breaks during transit?+
Our packaging is triple-walled and drop-tested. However, if any breakages occur during transit, our Ironclad Guarantee covers a free replacement part or full replacement, no questions asked.
How long is the delivery time for Pre-Orders?+
Our strictly limited runs take 6-8 months from pre-order to delivery. Sculpting and mold-making takes 2 months, artisan hand-painting takes 3-4 months, and quality assurance + shipping takes 1-2 months.
Can I cancel a pre-order?+
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our statues, pre-order deposits are strictly non-refundable. Please only order if you are committed to the piece.
